Hi there! My name is Lucian (Loo-shin), and I am the director of the writing department in The Lab. I'm now in my second year of Speech and Debate, and I'm super excited for it! I love Policy Debate, but I also dabble a bit in International Extemp, and Congress.
1. Privacy Rights
The Lab Debate Board of Directors is committed to maintaining the privacy and dignity of its members. As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure a respectful and professional environment, the Board of Directors reserves the following rights:
1.1 Right to Privacy: The members of the Lab Debate Board of Directors have the unequivocal right to privacy. This includes, but is not limited to, the right to maintain the confidentiality of personal information, communications, and any other sensitive data related to their roles within the organization.

To maintain a high standard of professionalism, the Lab Debate requests that all communications directed toward the Board of Directors be conducted through professional email correspondence. Please adhere to the following guidelines:
2.1 Professionalism: All emails and communications should be respectful, clear, and concise. Inappropriate language, disrespect, or unprofessional behavior will not be tolerated.
2.2 Email Usage: Communications regarding any matters related to Lab Debate must be sent via email in a professional manner. The Board of Directors reserves the right to review and respond to communications at their discretion.
3. Consequences of Misuse
The Lab Debate Board of Directors holds the right to take action in response to any misuse of their communication channels or any violation of this privacy policy. This may include:
3.1 Revocation of Access: The Board of Directors reserves the right to revoke access to their email and any related services if misuse is detected. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming, sending inappropriate or disrespectful content, or any other actions deemed unprofessional.
